Wrong size? No stress.

Ordering a ring online can feel tricky, especially when it comes to sizing. If your Sailors & Seekers ring arrives and the fit is not quite right, we will help you exchange it within 30 days.

Free size exchange on eligible rings. You just need to send the piece back to us, and we will sort the replacement size.

Try it on

When your ring arrives, try it on properly and make sure the fit feels right. Your finger size can change slightly during the day, so it is worth testing it when your hands are not too cold or swollen.

Contact us within 30 days

If the size is not right, get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, current size, and the size you would like instead.

Send it back to us

Send the ring back to Sailors & Seekers at the return address below. Once we receive and check the piece, we will arrange the exchange for the correct size.

How the free size exchange works

What is free?

We do not charge an exchange fee for eligible ring size exchanges within 30 days. We will also cover the postage cost of getting the replacement size back to you.

What do you need to cover?

All you need to cover is the cost of sending the original piece back to us. We reckon that’s pretty fair.

What condition should it be in?

The ring needs to be returned in a clean, unworn, and resaleable condition. Small try-on handling is fine, but the piece should not be damaged, altered, or heavily worn.

We know ring sizing can be the thing that makes people hesitate. This exchange option is here so you can order with more confidence, knowing that a wrong size does not have to mean a wasted purchase.

Eligibility

The exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
The ring must be returned in a clean, unworn, and resaleable condition.
The exchange applies to ring size only.
Custom, personalised, damaged, or altered pieces may not be eligible.
Postage back to Sailors & Seekers is the customer’s responsibility.
