Shipping Policy

At Sailors & Seekers, every piece is made with care from our workshop in the Macedon Ranges, Victoria, Australia.

Most of our jewellery is handcrafted, made in small batches, or made to order. Because of this, dispatch times can vary depending on the piece, the level of customisation, and our current production queue.

Order processing times

Ready-to-ship pieces are usually packed and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days.

Made-to-order jewellery, custom pieces, engraved pieces, and personalised items usually take 2 to 4 weeks before dispatch, unless stated differently on the product page.

If your order contains multiple items, your full order may be shipped together once all items are ready.

Australian shipping

We ship orders within Australia using tracked delivery services.

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

Standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days
Express shipping: 1 to 3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

International shipping

We may offer international shipping to selected countries.

International delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or charges applied by their country.

Sailors & Seekers is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or local postal services in the destination country.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email where tracking is available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Incorrect shipping details

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered packing or shipping.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any re-shipping costs.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

Once a parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will help you lodge an enquiry with the carrier.

For damaged parcels, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and item.

Pre-orders and custom orders

Pre-order, custom, engraved, personalised, and made-to-order items will ship once production is complete.

Estimated production times will be shown on the product page where possible. These timelines are estimates and may vary slightly because each piece is handmade.

Ring size exchange shipping

Eligible rings may qualify for our Free 30 Day Ring Size Exchange.

For approved ring size exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the original piece back to us.

We will cover the postage cost of sending the replacement size back to you.

Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the exchange details and replacement size.

Split shipments

In some cases, we may ship items separately. If this happens, you will receive tracking details for each shipment where available.

Pickup

Local pickup may be offered at our discretion if available at checkout. Pickup orders must be confirmed before collection.
