Change‑of‑mind returns are welcome on non‑custom items if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and the piece is still unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Engraved or otherwise customised jewellery is final sale, no returns or exchanges unless the piece is faulty. Please triple‑check spelling, dates, and ring size before you hit “Add to cart”.

Faulty items are always covered under Australian Consumer Law and the consumer laws of your own country.
Return Policy
We accept returns on non‑custom items if you contact us within 7 days from receipt. Engraved or otherwise customised pieces are final sale and may only be returned or exchanged if they arrive faulty. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. A 20 % restocking fee applies and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
Australia & New Zealand: Returns accepted for faulty items within 7 days under consumer law. Change of mind returns are allowed, but shipping costs are not covered. Restocking Fee applies.
United States & Canada: Returns must be requested within 30 days. Customer covers return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.
United Kingdom: Returns accepted within 14 days, in line with consumer protection laws for online purchases.
France & Singapore: Returns accepted within 7 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and sale items are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For exchanges, return the current item, and place a new order once the return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For EU orders, you have 14 days to return the item for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon return approval. Please allow time for bank processing.
Method & Fees
Returns must be done by mail. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. A 20% restocking fee applies, and refunds are processed within 30 days.
Use the Self-Service Return Portal or Contact support@sailorsandseekers.com to initiate a return. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
