From time to time, Sailors & Seekers may run promotions, discounts, bundles, or limited-time offers. These promotion terms apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Yours & Theirs promotion

Pick two eligible pieces and receive 50% off the second piece.

The discount is automatically applied at checkout when the promotion conditions are met.

How the discount works

The promotion applies only to selected eligible products.

The lower-priced eligible item will receive the discount.

The discount is applied automatically at checkout. No discount code is required unless otherwise stated.

This promotion cannot be combined with other offers, automatic discounts, or discount codes unless we clearly state otherwise.

This promotion is not valid on gift cards.

The offer is valid for a limited time only and may be changed, paused, or ended at our discretion.

Returns and refunds on promotional orders

Any approved return or refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid after the promotional discount was applied.

If part of a promotional order is returned, the remaining items in the order may no longer meet the original promotion conditions. In that case, the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the promotional pricing.

For example, if a discount was applied because two eligible pieces were purchased together, and one piece is later returned, the final refund may be adjusted so the kept item is charged at the correct non-promotional price.

Approved returns are still subject to our Return and Refund Policy, including eligibility, timeframes, item condition, and any applicable restocking fees.

Ring size exchanges on promotional orders

Eligible rings purchased during a promotion may still qualify for our Free 30 Day Ring Size Exchange, subject to the conditions of that policy.

A ring size exchange does not create a new promotional discount, cash refund, or store credit. It is simply an exchange for an eligible replacement size where approved.

If a replacement size is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Custom, engraved, and personalised items

Custom, engraved, personalised, made-to-order, or otherwise customised pieces remain subject to our usual return and exchange conditions.

These items cannot be returned for change of mind unless faulty or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.

Eligible rings may still qualify for a size exchange where allowed under our Free 30 Day Ring Size Exchange conditions.

Promotion changes

We may change, pause, or end a promotion at any time, including where there is an error, technical issue, stock issue, pricing issue, or misuse of the offer.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where a promotion has been used incorrectly, fraudulently, or in a way that was not intended.
