I bought The Fin necklace after admiring it for a while, and it was exactly what I had been searching for. I happened to make the purchase during a rough time—right after the US imposed more tariffs and Australia had put a hold on shipping to the US. Jalvi was incredibly kind and went out of his way to keep me updated every day. The shipment was able to go out about a week later.
There were some bumps in the road with customs (not his fault at all), but once again, he went above and beyond to get everything straightened out and ensure the package made it to me.
I had requested a small custom option for my necklace, and he happily obliged—it turned out even more awesome than I expected! “Above and beyond” doesn’t even come close to describing how fantastic Jalvi was throughout this entire experience.
