Yes, you can enter a meaningful date in DD/MM/YYYY format. We'll convert it into Roman numerals for engraving, subject to the space available on the pendant.

Will my pendant look exactly like the photos?

Not exactly, and that's part of its charm. Each pendant is individually finished by hand, creating subtle differences in surface texture, pits and marks.

Is the pendant solid silver?

Yes. The Epoch is handcrafted from solid 925 sterling silver, not silver-plated metal.

Can I return a personalised pendant?

Because each pendant is made specifically for you, personalised pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.

How long does it take to make?
