The Vetra: Ember

A father leaves his mark in ordinary ways.

It can be found in the advice that finally makes sense years later, the habits we pick up without noticing and the parts of him we eventually recognise in ourselves.

That thought became The Vetra: Ember.

The broad sterling silver face has been deliberately hand-finished with gentle bumps and waves. It is not perfectly flat, because fatherhood rarely follows a smooth or predictable path. There are highs, lows, difficult stretches and moments that change everything. Each one becomes part of the story.

The uneven surface catches and reflects the light differently as the hand moves, revealing new marks and textures from every angle.

Set into that changing surface is a single 3mm garnet. Small against the silver, but impossible to miss. It represents a steady presence carried through every high and low.

Created for Father’s Day, The Vetra: Ember is made for fathers, grandfathers, stepfathers and the men who stepped into that role when it mattered.

The ring can be made even more personal with complimentary engraving inside the band. Add his initials, an important date or a short message of up to 10 characters.

Each Vetra: Ember is individually made and finished by hand in our New Gisborne workshop. The exact texture, waves and tool marks will differ slightly from ring to ring, giving every piece a character of its own.
