What if my ring size is not right?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Eligible rings include one free resize, subject to the design and adjustment being possible.
You cover shipping both ways. A one-time A$29 engraving restoration charge may apply if inside engraving needs to be removed or recreated. Read the full resize terms.
How do I personalise a piece?
Open The Initial, The Epoch or The Imprint and choose the available options on its product page. Add the required initial, date or fingerprint image before adding it to your cart. That keeps your chosen details with the piece.
What about dispatch and delivery?

What should I know about returns?
- Personalised and sale pieces
- Personalised, engraved, made-to-order and sale items are excluded from change-of-mind returns under our current policy.
- Eligible non-custom returns
- Contact us within 7 days. A 20% restocking fee and return shipping apply.
Ring resizing is separate. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not affected.
